Many young people log on to the internet every year to check for Canada student visas. They want to study in Canada. For You To Study In Canada, You Need To Obtain A Canadian Study Permit. If your course or study duration is less than 6 months, you won’t need a permit.

But, you must get this study permit before you move to Canada. This is because if you decide to continue your studies in another program, you will need to leave Canada and apply for it. It’s not something I would want to stress about.

This is the catch: If your Canadian study permit expires during your stay in Canada, you can renew it within Canada. This can help you save a lot of stress and money. Additionally, you can work off-campus or as an intern in a firm related to your major course of study. A study permit can help you stay in Canada after your studies and apply for permanent residency.

Two ways to apply for the Canadian Study Permit are available. You can apply online and by paper application. You can find instructions on how to do that at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada, CIC website. Online applications are much faster. Paper option takes about 2 times as long as the online option.

Online applications are faster than paper ones. You will need to have your credit/debit card ready for online payments. It is also necessary to have electronic copies of the required documents handy. The Immigration Office in your country will inform you of the documents that are required. The requirements for documents vary depending on the country.

How to Get Canada Student Visa

Step 1.
Quebec students who wish to study in Canada need not wait. The government must issue a Certificate of Acceptance, also known as a CAQ. You can obtain all these requirements online so no sweating.
Step 2.
Once you have completed the above, you can get the Canadian student visa application package. You can find this information on the CIC website. It is possible to apply for a Canadian visa at a Canadian Embassy in your country, but this is not recommended. The latter takes longer and could consume more energy.
Step 3.
These questions will let you know if you are eligible to apply. These questions must be answered correctly in order to receive your student visa application package. Don’t put wrong information there. Verify that everything you enter is correct.

Step 4.
This code is what you will use to submit your online application. You should print the page containing the code and keep a soft copy for later reference. This page will also include a detailed application guide, an estimated tuition fee, and a list of documents you will need to submit.

Step 5.
This is where you will enter your personal checklist code that was provided to you in step 4. Your document checklist will be sent to you. This allows you to upload and send your documents to CIC. To do this, you will need a scanner or a printer.

Step 6.
Before you submit, ensure that all documents are in order and that you have paid your fees. Once everything is checked, submit.

Step 7.
It all depends! Some applicants may be invited to interview at the Visa Office in their country of residence.

What next after you have applied?
If your application is approved, you’ll receive a Port Of Entry (POE), Letter Of Introduction. Students from countries that require an electronic travel authorization (ETA) and/or a temporary residence visa will also be issued these if required. The ETA will be linked to your passport. Travel must be made with the same passport you used to apply for your study permit. The ETA will be valid for five years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.

These documents should be presented together with your passport, proof of your finances, and your letter of acceptance (and any other documents that you’ve been urged to take) to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). They will then issue your Canadian study permit and allow you access into Canada.
